Creating a New York Times Cookbook of the Year

Project Background

Book design for Nicola Lamb’s debut baking book ‘Sift’. The 2 year project was completed closely working together with Nicola, ourselves and Ebury press.

The content is split into two halves, baking theory and recipes. The content is rich with infographics and illustration to bring abstract baking science and concepts to life.

From the day of launch, the book received world-wide acclaimed press from countries, to the largest newspaper outlets to Jamie Oliver. To date, the book has received some of the highest industry accolades in the world.
